Trains to Barcelona run every 15 minutes, the station is 3 minutes on foot from the Petit Palauet and the journey takes about 45 minutes or 35 minutes by car along the motorway. BY CAR
Canet is 40 minutes away from Barcelona and one hour away from Girona. It can be reached by N-II Road or C-32 Highway.

BY TRAIN
There is a train connexion from Barcelona train stations (Sants, Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf and el Clot) line C1 Renfe www.renfe.es/cercanias/barcelona. The journey takes 50 minutes and trains leave every 15 minutes during peak time and every 30 minutes the rest of the time (the station is only 150 meters away from el Petit Palauet)

BY PLANE
The biggest nearest international airport is “El Prat” in BARCELONA, 60 km away www.barcelona-airport.com . It can be reached by Train using line to Sants railway station (the journey takes 15 minutes) and then you can catch the train C1 to Canet de Mar (the journey takes 50 minutes). Or by Car: from the airport take the Ronda Litoral and then the C-32 Highway to Canet de mar (the journey takes 50 minutes).
Also, you can come to Canet through the airport of GIRONA (Vilobi de Onyar) http://www.girona-airport.net/ 50 km away (40min by car) where a number of low cost airlines operate with European destinations.
