RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required. In case of cancellation at least 4 weeks before arrival date, 90% of the reservation payment will be returned, otherwise no payment is refunded.
Cancellation may be effected by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing as the date of receipt of this confirmation will be used to determine if a refund is due.
DEPOSIT
On arrival, a deposit is payable in cash to our representative. This deposit will be refunded on departure less any amounts deducted for the cost of any damage to the property or any missing objects.
CLEANING
On leaving your apartment, the microwave oven, the fridge, the cutlery must be clean. All the interior and exterior furniture should be in their place, the apartment clean and tidy.
If the above is not the case, the representative of el Petit Palauet is authorized to withhold up to 100€ per apartment for cleaning
GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITIES
During your stay you are completely responsible for the apartment rented and must pay immediately the total value of any damaged or lost item as well as all damage to the apartment. The owner is not obliged to render proof that such damage or loss has been caused by yourselves as this will be assumed as being so. The representative of el Petit Palauet is authorized to use the deposit for this purpose.
It is required to respect the nightly rest of the neighbours between 23:00 & 9:00 am, and not cause any disturbance. In case of major damage or causing too much inconvenience to the neighbours, the contract will be terminated immediatly without any refund. On leaving the keys have to be returned to our representative (loss of keys entails a cost of 20€ per apartment deductable from the deposit).
NOT ALLOWED
In el Petit Palauet, the following are not allowed:
-smoking
-cooking
-the use of electrical appliances or white goods which consume a lot of electricity and are not provided by el Petit Palauet (eg radiators, barbacue, ovens, ceramic hob, and others)
-changing the details of the decoration, carrying out any modifications as moving the furniture around in the house or taking it outside, removing the paintings, drilling holes in the walls.
-making too much noise, causing inconvenience for the neighbours.
- using inflamable material, explosives, corrosive material.
-carrying out commercial or industrial activities
In case of contravening any of the above rules, el Petit Palauet has the right to immediatly terminate the contract and to retain the deposit and the payment for the total stay period reserved.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
ARRIVAL. You have to advise el Petit Palauet in writing of the approximate hour of your arrival, which should be between 15:00h and 18:00h. On arrival, go to our office to pay the 70% of the total amount of the rent, the deposit and any additional charges (transfer from the airport, parking fees, car rental, rental of the barbacue 8€ per day) Our representative will carry out the check-in procedure and give you the keys to the Suite reserved. If for unforeseen circumstances you cannot arrive within the hours indicated, you should contact our representative as soon as possible and will be given an alternative time but under no circumstance will access to the apartment be possible before 15:00h.
DEPARTURE. You must leave the apartment by 12:00h, mid-day, return the keys and effect the check-out procedure with our representative. If you leave later than the designated time without the explicit permission of our representative, you will be charged 50€ for every extra hour and this amount will be deducted from the deposit.
El Petit Palauet is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury of any type affecting the guests.
